The moeraseik is a tree commonly found near river streams. It grows fast, reaching up to 30 meters height. Flowers Between Aprial and May and the seeds ripen in October.
USES:
Its wood has many knots and for that reason is not used for furniture, but it is often used for railways and fire. It is an important source of food for migrating species and has a number of medicinal uses.
